I've finally decided to become a blogger and this is my new BLOG! This is where I will post a few of my favorite images. Isn’t this a beautiful time of the year? The past few days have been absolutely gorgeous! Our snow is melting and I can actually see some grass again. The first tulips are peeking up through the ground and the leaves on the trees are starting to open up. I can’t wait until everything is in full bloom. New life is so enchanting to watch, whether it be a part of nature or a newborn baby.
Sadly, I won’t be able to photograph it. I recently had back surgery, so I am unable to do a lot of things for the next couple of months, including photographing those newborns and children that I love so much. I’m scheduling sessions starting in July on a limited basis.
I hope you’ll all be able to get out and enjoy the long days and sunshine while we have it.

I will not be booking any more sessions for April. If you are interested in a newborn, baby, child or maternity session for May or this summer, email or call me now to be put on the schedule. I will be unavailable by phone or email from April 8 until about April 15, but will respond as soon as possible.
Enjoy spring! The snow is melting and soon we will see daffodils, crocuses and tulips spring up. I know I can’t wait!

Wow – isn’t she absolutely gorgeous? When I opened the door and saw my newest Anchorage client, I knew I was going to get some gorgeous baby girl images. How can you miss when the baby has such incredible eyes and looks like this! She was just a little doll, too! She loved the girly stuff and Mom and I had such a fun time dressing her up. I can’t wait to finish proofing them. K – thanks for sharing your little baby girl with me. I had a great time with the two of you and hope to see you again when she gets older.
Baby J made his entrance into the Anchorage world recently and I was lucky enough to be able to photograph this newborn baby boy in natural light at only 5 days old (barely). Isn’t he just adorable? He slept like a little angel and looks like one, too.

I had the pleasure to photograph darling little Baby K and am so excited to have her be my first blog post. I did her mother’s maternity photographs and then eagerly awaited her late arrival.
